Event Description: Participate or watch clinics by Julie Goodnight, Craig Johnson, Steuart Pittman, Micheal Lyons, Josh Peebles, Trick Riders, Mounted Shooters, and more. Compete in the Extreme Trail Competition and the 4D Barrel Race and watch 4 trainers work with green horses to be named the 2017 SEE Colt Starter. There is something for everyone with an interest in horses. The vendor hall offers plenty of shopping for all your horse or barn needs as well as plenty of clothing, jewelry, art, and personal health items. Check out the newest in trailers. This is the only Horse Expo in Tennessee and you will not want to miss it. Sign up to ride with one of our clinicians or just come to watch the clinics. The Southern Equine Expo doors open at 9:00 a.m. Friday February 24, 2017 with the first round of the Colt Starting Challenge being beginning Friday at 10:00 a.m. Throughout the day, attendees watch exciting clinics in three arenas, hands-on demonstrations and interactive displays, educational lectures from industry leaders, see horse breeds and equine athletes representing a variety of different disciplines, and plenty of shopping for anyone interested in horses. Sunday morning will begin with Cowboy Church services at 7:30 a.m. The final day of the Expo is packed with rider participation clinics and event championships. Weekend and single day tickets are available now.
