Event Description: Thank you for choosing You Can Make It Homeownership Center to provide your homebuyer class. We are a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency. We offer The Fast Track class that meets the 6 hour requirements for THDA, The Housing Fund, Welcome Home, USDA and other affordable housing and down payment assistant programs. The cost for this class is $25.00 for singles and $40.00 per couple which will included all materials.
