Community Helpers of Rutherford County (CHORC) has over 40 years of experience addressing the fundamental needs of the most vulnerable populations in Rutherford County. CHORC assists individuals and families experiencing unexpected financial crises from situations such as a job loss or other reduction of income, illness, medical emergency, or catastrophic situation. We focus on improving the lives of Rutherford County families experiencing utility and housing crises, struggling with homelessness, or financially unable to secure prescribed medications.
