Event Description: Dynamic Medical Center of Murfreesboro is proud to present The 2012 "Set A Good Example" Award 'Tis the season to be THANKFUL! At Dynamic Medical Center, our goal is to inspire people to regain their lives. We are SO thankful our patients give us this opportunity every day. We love to meet positive, inspiring people, and that is why we want your help. Send us your nomination for the 2012 "Set A Good Example" Award! Tell us, in as much detail as possible, about the person who, in every day life, sets a good example for others to follow. They need not be wealthy, famous or a perfect person. They should be someone in our community who you have had direct contact with and witnessed the way they live, and the positive example they set for others. - All nomination stories will be posted to our Facebook page. - Our Facebook fans will "like" the story they feel inspires them the most. - The story with the most "likes" will be the recipient of the award. - The winner of the award will be recognized with a beautiful plaque. - If the person you nominate is chosen as the winner, you will receive a $25.00 retail gift card (just in time for that holiday shopping!) - You may nominate up to (3) people - just not yourself.
