Event Description: Saturday, September 7th, will be our First Annual Fall Bash! Loads of fun and entertainment for the whole family. This year's musical guest will be the "Kristina Craig Band" http://www.kristinacraig.com/ . Smoothie King http://www.smoothieking.com/ will be on site with their delicious smoothies to keep you cool , Criefs Dawg Depot http://www.criefsdawgdepot.com/ will be providing tasty hot dogs for everyone , and for your sweet tooth we have Julia's Homestyle Bakery Sweet Truck http://www.borobakery.com/ . All of this will be FREE for all attendees so come celebrate Fall with us! Be sure to bring your family & friends as there will be all kinds of giveaways, including a limited number of free new patient exams. If you think you might want to be a patient in our office, this is a great way to meet our staff & let us show you how we like to have a good time while taking care of your health care needs.
