Event Description: Please join us as we welcome Make a Break to the Rutherford County community! Make a Break gives you the chance to vent your daily frustration and anger by breaking things - literally! From smashing plates to pictures of that pesky ex-boyfriend, Make a Break gives you a chance to let off steam and cleans up the mess!

I-24 to Exit 81 B/ South Church St. Left on Middle Tennessee Blvd. Left at light onto Park Ave. Located in the business park facing Middle Tennessee Blvd.
