Event Description: Please join us as we welcome The Yoga Nest to the Rutherford County community!  The Yoga Nest offers Vinyasa yoga classes, aerial yoga classes, prenatal and kids' yoga, Tai Chi and mat Pilates classes.




Directions:
I-24 to Exit 81 B/S. Church St. Left on NW Broad St. Right on W. Main St. Continue to Public Square. Located near Bink's.
