Event Description: Event Description: Saturday class times are 8:30-4:30pm. The Fast Track class meets the 8 hour requirements of THDA and The Housing Fund and USDA other affordable housing and downpayment programs. This is an 8 hours class and a fee of $25.00 which provides Lunch and Materials. Call or enroll through our email or website.
