Event Description: Come learn how to make Kombucha - a healthy probotic fermented drink made with tea, sugar, bacteria and yeast. Although it's sometimes referred to as kombucha mushroom tea, kombucha is not a mushroom — it's a colony of bacteria and yeast. Kombucha tea is made by adding the colony to sugar and tea, and allowing the mix to ferment. In the class Jean Williams, a licensed Massage Therapist and Health Coach, will teach with passion! You will RECEIVE one scoby with starter, one gallon jar, and instructions! The cost is $20! But it is WELL worth it! Come be happy and healthy!
