Event Description:

While you're working hard, your brain is working overtime to compensate for some not-so-healthy habits.

Caffeine consumption, lack of fresh air, stress, harsh lighting, poor nutrition and staring at your computer screen are examples of ways your body is negatively affected at work.

Our expert presenter will explain how your body handles everyday stessors and teach you the best ways to improve your overall health at work.
