Event Description: Event Description: Saturday class times are 8:30-4:30pm. The Fast Track class meets the 8 hour requirements of THDA and The Housing Fund and USDA other affordable housing and downpayment programs. This is an 8 hour class and there is a fee of $25.00per person (max $50 per family) There is a $5.00 fee to cover continental breakfast and Lunch per person.
