Event Description: First Time Homebuyer class for THDA, WELCOME HOME, HOUSING FUND. The Fast Track class meets the 8 hour requirements for affordable housing and downpayment programs. There is 7 hours of class and one hour of individal counseling based on the clients schedule. The cost is $25.00 with lunch and materials provided. Contact Deborah Harding and schedule a class
