Event Description: Enjoy Halloween fun at The Avenue from 11 AM - 1 PM. Visit treat stations located throughout The Avenue, trick or treat at participating stores. While supplies last. At 1 PM, join the costume parade at the Rutherford Parent Kids Fest Stage near Belk.
