Event Description: Join us as we welcome The Villages of Murfreesboro Senior Living Community to the Rutherford County community! The Villages of Murfreesboro will offer a variety of housing and service options for senior adults in the Murfreesboro area. The Villages will offer a unique atmosphere with multiple neighborhoods, each named for  notable women in the history of Rutherford County.  Phase One of The Villages will be the development of a 68 unit concierge senior neighborhood and an 18 unit memory care neighborhood.  Future phases will include catered living villas neighborhoods and an additional memory care neighborhood.  Construction will begin at the end of 2015 and is expected to open inlate 2016. 


Directions:
From Murfreesboro, take I-24 to Exit 76/Medical Center Pkwy. Located at the corner of Robert Rose Drive and Wilkinson Pike. Groundbreaking will take place underneath the sign posted on the property.
