Event Description: The Journey Home's Community Garden, "2 Acres of Hope", is in desperate need of some planting, weeding, mowing, and watering.


Directions:
2811 Barfield Rd - from Old Fort, turn on to New Salem (hwy 99), take a left on Barfield Rd (at the light), drive approximately 2.3 miles, turn left in to the parking lot

We would really appreciate any help taking care of the 2 acres of garden. The produce is used to help feed the hungry in our community from The Journey Home's Community Cafe and to fill the weekly food baskets that are distributed to the hungry.
