Event Description: Presented by The Hoof restaurant and organized by the Murfreesboro Breakfast Rotary Club, family & friends can join in the celebration of BBQ at the 3rd Annual Backyard BBQ Festival on the historic grounds of Cannonsburgh Village in Murfreesboro. Smell that smoke, join in a rib eating contest, taste craft beers in our beer garden, and EAT competition-style BBQ while you watch some of the top cookers in Middle Tennessee duke it out in the KCBS-sanctioned Backyard BBQ Brawl. Stay around for the High School Steak Cook-off where Middle Tennessee High School students season, seer, and grill their way to top honors. Admission is free. Sponsorships and Cooker spots still available.
