Event Description: Description The Fast Track class meets the 8 hour requirements of THDA and The Housing Fund and USDA other affordable housing and downpayment programs. There is 7 hours of class and one hour of individual counseling based on the clients schedule. The cost is $25.00 with lunch and materials provided. Call or enroll through our email or website.
