Event Description: Murfreesboro Walk to Cure Diabetes is a charity walk-a-thon to raise funds for diabetes research. The event includes family, company, and community walk teams walking together. The walk route is a 1.2 mile loop around MTMC. Runners will be allowed an early start time and can go 3 laps to run 3.6 miles (just over a 5K). There is no cost to register and all walkers who raise at least $100 receive a walk t-shirt. All attendees will enjoy complimentary breakfast, health fair, entertainment, and kids activities.
