The first HR class will discuss Customer Service practices. This seminar will be beneficial for both front-line and manager-level employees, but will be most beneficial to managers implementing or creating a customer service strategy. The panelists will elaborate on concepts on their customer service philosophy with both internal and external customers.
Currently, the following panelists are confirmed: John Johnson with Embassy Suites; Judy Goldie owner of Trendy Pieces, Phase II and Bella’s Boutique; Joe Driscoll with State Farm; and Richard Meeks with StoneCrest Medical Center.
Chamber members and non-members are encouraged to attend. The cost to attend is only $20 for members and $30 for non-members.
