Event Description:

 

Chamber U's first quarter of classes addresses Human Resource Issues.  In this class, Delicia Barnes with General Mills, Inc. and Sonya Stephenson with Rutherford County Government will discuss employee retention and address important questions like:

Why is it important to track employee turnover and maintain high retention rates?

Why is it important to train company leaders and supervisors and make sure they understand the goals of employee retention?

Why is it important to hire the right people in the right positions?

How to develop and retain employees?

What tools and resources are available to help with retention?

Chamber members and non-members are encouraged to attend.  The cost to attend is only $20 for members and $30 for non-members.




Directions:
I-24 to Medical Center Pkwy (Exit 76), turn left onto Medical Center Pkwy, travel .5 miles to the Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center on left.
