This Course is recommended for anyone who wants to learn the keys to purchasing a home. Fast Track is required for THDA, USDA-RD, FHA, and other down payment programs.
The Curriculum realizes the American Dream; you will receive a Certificate of Completion for one year from the day you take the class.
